Your First Project: A new “village” in Saudi Arabia, this very recently awarded project comprises of ten 22 storey residential towers, four 10 storey office buildings and associated facilities. You will be part of the engineering management team overseeing structural design and delivery. They are providing fully co-ordinated civil, structural, and M&E services.

Your Role: You will be involved in conceptual design, design management and delivery. There will be close contact with clients and input on the direction of the business and processes. You will share responsibility for supervising and guiding junior engineers and technicians, and for programming, coordinating and ensuring the quality and timely completion of work. You will be fully supported by a senior management team that comprises of chartered civil and structural engineers, they will provide strong technical and commercial insight and backup.

Your Profile:  A building structures engineer with ten years plus experience.  I.Eng or C. Eng status with the ICE, IStructE or similar body. You should have a strong technical background and be working at project/ senior engineer level, with responsibility for design delivery and supervision of junior staff. Expertise in steel and concrete design is essential as is the willingness to progress and further develop your technical and managerial skills.
