Your Role: The job is divided between the design office and visiting sites, with guidance from a chartered engineer. You will help during early client discussions, contribute to concept design, support reinforced concrete and steel design tasks and assist with planning and organising project resources. You will meet clients and external consultants, take part in design discussions and give clear updates on how projects are moving forward.

Their civil & structural division provides a high level of technical expertise, delivered with an emphasis on client care. It is currently the most profitable and rapidly expanding part of their business. Training to achieve chartership / incorporation with the ICE and IStructE is supported.
Your Profile: This position would suit a building structures engineer, with upwards of four years’ experience. A degree qualified engineer is required who has steel and reinforced concrete design skills. Familiarity with AutoCAD and industry standard design software is required. Good interpersonal and organisational skills are essential.
