Your project workload will encompass superstructures associated with commercial, residential, renewable energy, data centres and industrial projects.

Company Overview: An independently owned multi-discipline consultancy with a 100 year plus legacy of expertise, innovation and integrity. The civil engineering division is headed by a chartered engineer who will also provide guidance and mentoring. There is a focus on staff development, in this case you will be encouraged to work towards achieving chartered or incorporated status through the ICE or IStructE.

Your Profile: A structural engineer with at least four years’ experience of designing steel and reinforced concrete structures. This should ideally have been gained working for a consulting engineer or in a contractors’ design office. Some knowledge of Auto CAD is preferable, and you will need to be familiar with industry standard design and analysis software. Your academic achievements should include a degree in civil or structural engineering. There will be regular contact with clients, sub consultants and external stakeholders, good interpersonal skills and the ability to forge productive working relationships is vital.
