You will work in a project team of twelve engineers and technicians designing innovative and elegant new and refurbishment projects in steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, glass and composites. Alongside your team mates there will be a close involvement in feasibility, concept design and costing through to completion. There will also be regular site and client visits.  Projects will utilise the full range of materials and as your expertise and confidence grows you will start to deliver your own projects and work packages. Mentoring will be provided by a senior associate and there is the choice of pursuing ICE approved training or training to prepare for IStructE part three examinations.  Employee pass rates are amongst the highest in the UK.

Projects cover commercial, residential, education, health, historic, arts, sports and recreation. You will need to be committed to achieving your full potential as a structural engineer and should a have  2:1 degree, or above, in civil or structural engineering and have at least one years’ structural design experience .
