Our client is a prestigious operating company that owns and manages a substantial and expanding facility spread across half a square mile. The operation includes ongoing maintenance and installation projects in the building services sector, including heating, ventilation, air cooling and mains distribution services.

This is an opportunity for a building services project manager (educated to HNC Level or above) that provides variety and scope for career progression. The position offers secure and stable employment working with in-house engineers to identify and oversee the delivery of building services projects undertaken by specialist framework contractors.

As the building services project manager, you will require a sound knowledge of the design and build of complex HVAC systems along with solid management skills and a background delivering multi-disciplinary projects.

As part of the wider engineering team your tasks will also include producing project documentation, budget management and the ability to assess risk (RAMS) ensuring projects are delivered within strict health and safety regulations.

This is a role that involves working in tandem with our main client and the nominated framework contractors to ensure the ongoing smooth operation of the facility. For that purpose, you will need to be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively to problem solve and deliver projects.
